Our products are non-refundable and cannot be canceled under any circumstances, including shipping delays, backorders, or after the product has been delivered. However, if an error occurs on our end, we will issue a refund or cancel the order accordingly.

 

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

 

If you receive a product that is:

• Damaged or has a broken seal,

• Incorrect, or

• Missing from your order,

 

please reach out to us within 5 days of delivery so we can address the issue.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

 

Angietheherbalist  is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered once shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check that the shipping address you provide is accurate, as we use it exactly as entered.
